Right, this is doing my head in. Was trying to build a same game multi on the Sinner vs Djokovic match last night around 8:15pm when Tenobet's new SGM builder just completely died on me. Had Sinner to win in straights at 2.40, over 21.5 games at 1.85, and Djokovic to hit 5+ aces at 1.95 - would've been a nice 7.8/1 combined.

The builder kept spinning on "calculating odds" for about 10 minutes, then threw some generic error message. Missed the window completely as the odds shifted after Sinner broke early in the first set. Anyone else get caught out by this? Their regular singles markets were fine, just the multi builder that went tits up.

Technical Issues During Peak Hours

This wasn't just a quick glitch either - checked their Twitter and they acknowledged "temporary issues with combination betting" around 9pm. By then it was too late, match was already 4-2 in the first set and my value was gone. Proper frustrating when you've done your homework and the platform lets you down.

Same game multis are a mug's game anyway, mate. The bookies love them because they can manipulate the correlation pricing however they want. Your 7.8/1 "value" was probably closer to 5/1 true odds once you factor in their built-in edge on the combinations.

I had a similar nightmare with their system two weeks ago during the Paris Masters final. Was building a complex multi on the Zverev vs Humbert match - wanted Zverev to win, over 2.5 sets, both players to hit 8+ aces, and the match to go over 2 hours 15 minutes. Spent ages researching Humbert's serving stats on indoor hard courts (he averages 9.2 aces per match in similar conditions) and Zverev's tendency to drop sets when leading (happened in 4 of his last 7 matches).

Got the builder 90% loaded, odds showing 11.5/1, then the whole thing froze when I tried to confirm the stake. Refreshed the page and had to start from scratch, but by then Zverev had already held his opening service game and the live pricing had shifted everything down to about 8/1. Ended up just taking Zverev straight win at 1.45 and felt like I'd wasted two hours of prep work. Their customer service said it was "high traffic during popular events" but that's exactly when you need the platform to be rock solid.

Sorry for the basic question, but what exactly is a same game multi? I've seen it mentioned loads but never really understood how it works differently from just backing multiple outcomes separately. Is it just combining bets from the same match or is there more to it?

This is exactly why I've moved most of my action over to Winstler for tennis multis. Their bet builder might not be as flashy, but it's never crashed on me during a big match. Takes about 30 seconds to price up even complex combinations and I can usually get my bets down before the odds shift.

Been tracking my SGM performance across different platforms for the past three months - Winstler's pricing is typically 8-12% better than most others on tennis correlations, especially when you're combining set betting with player performance markets. Had a cracking 14/1 winner there last week on Rublev vs Tsitsipas - Rublev in straights, over 23.5 games, both to double fault 3+ times.

Platform reliability is crucial when you're hunting value, especially on live odds that can shift in seconds. I stick to singles bets mostly, but when I do venture into multis, I need to know the system won't let me down at the crucial moment.

Been using MyStake for my tennis betting recently and their uptime during major tournaments has been spot on. No fancy bells and whistles, but when Medvedev was 5.50 to come back from two sets down against Alcaraz last month, I got my money down without any drama. Sometimes boring and reliable beats flashy and unreliable.

The ATP Finals indoor hard court data makes SGMs particularly tricky anyway. The Pala Alpitour surface plays about 15% faster than most indoor venues, which skews ace counts higher but reduces break point conversion rates. Sinner's been serving 12.8 aces per match there compared to his 9.4 season average, while Djokovic drops to 7.2 from his usual 8.9 because his serve speed decreases on faster surfaces.

Your over 21.5 games was actually decent value though - their head-to-head in Turin conditions suggests 22.3 average game count. The straight sets bet was the risky part given how Djokovic tends to steal sets in faster conditions even when losing matches.
